Founder/Principal
Shannon has been helping advance the missions of nonprofit organizations by growing contributed revenue, leading teams, and driving strategy for nearly 15 years.

As a big-picture thinker with an eye toward long-term sustainability, she brings a vision-driven approach to decision making, strategic planning, and tactical implementation. An adept problem-solver and program builder, Shannon thrives when faced with puzzles to solve and challenges to overcome.

Shannon's experience spans all aspects of development: individual giving (broad-base annual fund, mid-level giving, and major gifts), institutional giving (corporate giving and foundations), planned giving, fundraising events, and capital campaigns.
